Care Delivery: Implements therapy plans, selects appropriate treatments, educates patients/families, and facilitates discharge and follow-up. Documentation: Records evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information per departmental standards. Professional Conduct: Maintains ethical practices, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication; participates in meetings and team activities. Customer Service & Teamwork: Promotes a positive environment, respects patients and colleagues, and applies service recovery principles. Professional Development: Engages in ongoing education, completes required competencies, and participates in staff training. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
