Document treatment sessions accurately and submit required documentation per protocols. Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional appearance. Communicate effectively with team members and participate in meetings and training. Ensure safe and cost-efficient use of materials and equipment, observing infection control practices. Deliver excellent customer service, fostering a positive environment, teamwork, and respectful interactions. Engage in ongoing professional development, complete mandatory training, and maintain licensure. Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma and Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. Licenses and certifications: PTA license, BLS certification.
