Key responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities, revising goals with input from therapists, and educating patients and families and documenting sessions according to protocols, completing required reports, and providing discharge instructions. Qualifications include a high school diploma and an associates degree in physical therapy and certifications such as PTA and BLS.
