Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and proper dress code. Communicate effectively with team members, participate in meetings, and organize workload efficiently. Promote a positive environment, applying customer service principles and fostering teamwork. Engage in ongoing professional development, mandatory training, and ensure licensure requirements are met. Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or equivalent and an Associates in Physical Therapy. Certification as a PTA and BLS certification required at hire.
