Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism. Communicate effectively with team members, participate in meetings, and contribute to quality improvement. Promote a positive, respectful environment and exemplify excellent customer service principles. Engage in ongoing professional development, complete required competencies, and maintain licensure. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned and comply with organizational policies. Qualifications Associates degree in Physical Therapy or related field, High School Diploma required. Licenses and certifications: PTA license, BLS or equivalent certification.
