Communicate effectively with team members, participate in meetings, and organize workload efficiently. Promote a positive environment, apply customer service principles, and foster teamwork. Engage in ongoing professional development, complete required competencies, and assist in training new staff. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field; high school diploma required. Licensure as a PTA and BLS certification upon hire.
