Services are delivered across the continuum in a cost-effective, quality-focused, and patient-centered manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans under therapist supervision and select appropriate activities to achieve patient goals. Revise care plans collaboratively with therapists, patients, and families. Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Document each treatment session following departmental protocols and complete required documentation timely. Additional Duties: Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and adherence to dress code, while effectively communicating with team members. Foster a positive environment, support customer service principles, and participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.
