Participates in staff meetings, ongoing education, and training. Ensures safe, cost-effective use of equipment, and observes infection prevention protocols. Qualifications: Associates degree in Physical Therapy or related, valid PTA license, and BLS certification. Demonstrates effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Maintains licensure through ongoing professional development and mandatory training.
