Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and skills. Promote a positive environment, foster teamwork, and apply service recovery principles. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent; High School Diploma accepted. Licenses and certifications including PTA and BLS or equivalent, required upon hire. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
