Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals. Revise care plans collaboratively with therapists, patients, and families. Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and follow-up referrals. Document treatment sessions per departmental protocols. Act as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Qualifications & Skills Associates degree in Physical Therapy or related field and valid PTA license. Current BLS certification. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Adherence to ethical practices, confidentiality, and infection prevention standards. Participation in ongoing professional development and mandatory training.
