🚀 We're Hiring: Player Community & Growth Manager 📍 Hybrid We're looking for someone who can build a passionate player community. This isn't just a social media role. You'll be the bridge between our players and our product team, helping shape the future , skill-based PvP game. What you'll do 🎮 Build and manage our communities Grow and manage Discord & Telegram Welcome new players and keep the community active Organize tournaments, competitions and community events Support players and maintain a positive environment 📱 Create engaging content Manage our social media calendar Create TikTok and short-form gaming content Share epic plays, tournament highlights, streamer clips and community moments 🎥 Work with creators Build relationships with Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok creators Recruit creators for campaigns and tournaments Track campaign performance and player acquisition 💬 Be the voice of our players Collect feedback from Discord, Telegram, Reddit and social media Report bugs, feature requests and player sentiment Work closely with our product and support teams to improve the game Before launch, you'll focus on Building Discord and Telegram communities Recruiting early players and beta testers Contacting gaming creators and streamers Organizing launch tournaments Creating community guidelines and FAQs Planning launch events and giveaways Building excitement ahead of launch What we're looking for Experience managing gaming, esports or online communities Strong knowledge of Discord, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube and Kick Excellent written English Great communication and organization skills Passion for competitive multiplayer games Must have points : Experience in gaming or iGaming Tournament management experience Existing relationships with gaming creators Influencer marketing experience Knowledge of player retention and community growth 📩 To apply, send your CV together with examples of communities, social media accounts, influencer campaigns, or gaming projects you've managed .
