## Job description
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in PR, SMM, or content marketing.
English B1 or higher: for correspondence and preparing materials.
Understanding of PR principles and practices.
Experience in affiliate marketing, media buying, or promoting complex B2B products is a plus.
Professional Skills:
Developing and implementing PR campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Generating internal and external news hooks.
Identifying relevant topics, formats, and trends for company promotion.
Finding effective formats for partner collaboration and managing partner relationships.
Developing ideas for PR activities.
Adapting client cases, product information, and team info into content and news hooks.
Analyzing competitors' PR communications.
Analyzing the effectiveness of PR activities.
Willingness to deeply understand the product and complex B2B audience, grasp their needs, and communicate in their language.
Personal Competencies: Strong communication skills, time management, stress resilience, ability to work in a team, creativity, responsibility, desire for professional growth, and adaptability to market and product changes.
