Key Responsibilities: ** Support the learning, development and well-being of children aged 4-6 years. ** Assist the lead teacher in organising daily educational activities and creative projects. ** Encourage children`s independence, social skills, curiosity and emotional development. ** Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment. ** Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of our educational community. Candidate Requirements: ** Previous experience working with children aged 4-6 and/or a relevant teaching or Early Years qualification. ** Fluent and confident English communication skills (C1 level). ** Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. ** Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. ** Creativity, initiative and a commitment to continuous professional development. ** A respectful, patient and child-centred approach to education.
