Currently, more than 300 employees are working in our Tbilisi team and due to expansion, we are looking for Customer Service Specialists fluent in French. Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Fixed (Monday-Friday 08:30 – 17:00 CET) Workload: Full-time preferred; part-time options may also be considered. Work arrangement: Office-based during the training period, with the possibility of working remotely afterwards. However, Candidates must be based in Georgia. Main Responsibilities: Providing customer service via inbound calls and electronic communication Identifying customer needs, searching for information, and offering guidance Providing technical support Qualifications: Excellent proficiency (C1) in French, along with good English skills (B2) in both written and spoken form; Strong verbal and written communication skills; High computer literacy; Interest in technology and technical topics; Customer-oriented attitude and politeness; Quick thinking and efficiency; Accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team; No work experience required.
