Company Description ATC Aero-Structure Technologies Cyclone is established to produce composite components for the civilian aircraft industry. The company is building and operating a modern manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Tbilisi, offering opportunities to work with advanced aerospace materials and technologies. General description Support procurement department and search local vendors, issuing purchase orders to subcontractors according to company procedures. This is a paid 6-months internship . Duties and Responsibilities Search suppliers on local market Issue purchase orders for procuring materials and/or services · Manage the POs, on-time deliveries, and on-time payments to suppliers Manage and monitor the quality of goods according to internal procedures Check price, delivery term, payment term Preparing reports for previous and existing orders/requests Qualification Familiarity with procurement process is desirable Basic knowledge of MS Office products Familiarity with ERP systems English Language Skills Negotiation abilities; Good interpersonal skills Interested candidates please send your CV on this mail: [email protected] Please mention position in subject field.
