The company produces a wide range of high-quality electrical cables for local and international markets. With modern manufacturing facilities, advanced production equipment, and a strong focus on quality, ELVARE continues to expand its production capabilities and international presence. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team. We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: ** Manage local and international procurement processes based on the company`s production requirements. ** Search for new suppliers, request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices and delivery terms. ** Maintain communication with existing suppliers and develop long-term business relationships. ** Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other products. ** Calculate raw material requirements based on production needs and Bills of Materials (BOM). ** Manage the procurement of consumables, spare parts, and other materials required for production. ** Organize and coordinate the delivery of samples for testing and approval. ** Enter and update product specifications, technical characteristics, and material information in the ERP system. ** Create and maintain product and material codes in the system. ** Maintain an updated supplier database and procurement records. ** Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues, defective materials, and documentation discrepancies. ** Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality control, and other departments on procurement-related matters. ** Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: ** Minimum 3 years of experience in local and international procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company. ** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ** Good knowledge of international trade procedures and Incoterms. ** Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. ** Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. ** Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Required Skills: ** Strong negotiation and communication skills. ** Good organizational and time management skills. ** Analytical thinking and attention to detail. ** Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ** Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. ** Ability to work effectively with different departments and international suppliers. Working Conditions & Benefits: ** Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00. ** Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience. ** Location: Kvemo Alekseevka, Tbilisi (near Tbilisi International Airport). ** Transportation: Company transportation is provided from the upper exit of Samgori Metro Station. ** Meals: Free lunch provided by the company. ** Health Insurance: Provided after a 3-month probation period.
