We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: · Procurement Management: Executing planned and ad-hoc procurement within budget; controlling the lifecycle from request to delivery; ensuring customs and regulatory compliance. · Supplier & Tender Management: Sourcing, evaluating, and developing local/international suppliers; analyzing prices and negotiating terms; organizing transparent internal and external tenders. · International Operations: Standardizing international procurement; analyzing foreign market practices; managing contract risks with the Legal Department; participating in software implementation. · Budgeting & Analytics: Planning and controlling the annual budget; identifying cost-optimization opportunities; tracking KPIs (savings, deadlines, quality) using Excel/BI tools. · Quality & Compliance: Monitoring product/service quality and contractual obligations; resolving supply chain issues; improving processes and ensuring adherence to internal policies. Qualification Requirements: · Minimum 3-4 years of experience in international procurement; · Practical experience in procurement processes, budgeting, and supplier management; · Strong analytical thinking; · Experience in financial analysis and budget management; · Advanced proficiency in Excel; · Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools will be considered an advantage; · Fluency in English and Russian languages; · Strong negotiation skills; · Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage processes; · Experience working with ERP and specialized procurement software systems; · Exposure to international markets and logistical processes; · Experience in tender management; · Experience in supplier evaluation and developing pricing policies.
