Location: Remote, based in Georgia (UTC+4)

5+ years in digital product management (B2C | B2B) web and mobile. Core focus: discovery, UX/UI, user research, experimentation, and metric growth.

Launched products from scratch - including an internal web platform for a sales team that increased post-meeting conversion by 2% and added ~$7M/month in revenue. Built growth hacking processes from the ground up: scaled A/B testing to 25+ experiments/month. Conducted 50+ qualitative and quantitative research studies for a real estate web platform.
Strong at finding growth opportunities in user scenarios and translating research insights into product decisions.
