Egis Georgia is looking for a full-time Product Manager responsible for Consumer Health portfolio, who works with enthusiasm and dedication, having an entrepreneurial spirit and quick adaptation to change. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Development, implementation and control of marketing plans/long range plans for the concerned products, to maximize market share and achieve sales objectives; Define and follow-up the implementation of strategy and tactics for OTC products; Focus on effective resource-allocation, maximizing product life cycles. Be able to propose new path to market for launches & existing products, strong follow -up on the commercial implementation. Build up media plans with agencies and track implementation, linked with results. Constant communication with International Brand Management team at HQ and cross functional teams locally. Acts as a role model, in line with all ethical & compliance rules and promote the highest ethical & compliance standards JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Medical University degree preferred Experience: minimum 3 years of Brand management experience, Consumer healthcare or FMCG portfolio management is a must, with experience in product launches. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Marketing Trade marketing skills Fluent English language written and spoken CHARACTERISTICS: Highly focused and drives to set for him/herself ambitious objectives Integrity, tenacity and adaptability in complex situations and an often-changing environment; able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines Strong capabilities to manage successful product launches.
