## Job description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Strategist to help shape and improve an international adult digital content platform . This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who can look beyond individual features and understand the complete product, user journey, and monetisation model . You will analyse and help improve the full product ecosystem, including: User acquisition and registration; User onboarding and verification; User experience and conversion; Creator onboarding and monetisation; Subscriptions and payment flows; Marketplace / revenue-sharing models; Creator payouts and split-payment models; Product pricing and monetisation; Retention and user engagement; Product analytics and conversion funnels; Prioritisation of product improvements; Coordination with developers and other team members. The key question is not simply "What feature should we build?" , but: "Why should we build it, how should it work, how does it improve the user experience, and how does it create sustainable revenue?" We are looking for someone who Has 5+ years of product management/product strategy experience ; Has worked on adult consumer-facing digital platforms , marketplaces, subscriptions or monetised communities; Understands user behaviour, conversion, and behavioural economics ; Has strong experience with digital payments and/or marketplace monetisation ; Can analyse a product end-to-end and identify gaps; Can turn business problems into clear product requirements; Is comfortable challenging existing assumptions and proposing better solutions; Can work independently with founder and development teams; Has experience taking products from concept → MVP → launch → optimisation ; Can use data, research and user behaviour to make product decisions. Experience with: Adult digital platforms ; Creator economy/content platforms; Fintech/payments; Marketplaces; Subscription businesses; Revenue-sharing or payout models; KYC/onboarding; High-risk or regulated digital products. We are looking for someone who can think commercially and strategically , not simply manage a development backlog. You should be able to look at an existing product, understand what is not working, ask the right questions, identify the biggest opportunities, and recommend what should be built, what should not be built, and why . Engagement: Remote, around the CET time zone Freelance / contractor Flexible working hours Senior-level position Compensation based on experience and scope
