We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionise it We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team and take ownership of the engagement mechanics that drive player retention, conversion, and long-term value. From progression systems and promotional journeys to VIP status programmes and competitive events, you'll shape experiences that keep millions of players engaged beyond the core game. Working closely with Engineering, Commercial, CRM, Design, and Data teams, you'll translate business objectives into clear, buildable product requirements while ensuring every feature delivers measurable commercial impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing player experience with monetisation, using data to guide decisions, and taking ownership from concept through to launch and optimisation. What You Will Be Doing Own the end-to-end delivery of engagement programmes, from concept through launch, including mechanic design, reward logic, CMS configuration, acceptance criteria, and edge case management Partner with Commercial and CRM teams to design progression systems, promotional journeys, status tiers, and competitive events that drive player engagement and revenue Translate commercial ideas into detailed product specifications that enable Engineering to deliver with confidence Prioritise features based on their impact on player conversion, retention, engagement, and monetisation Define success metrics before launch, analyse feature performance, and use experimentation and A/B testing to continuously optimise engagement mechanics Ensure Engineering and CRM teams remain aligned on delivery timelines, campaign requirements, and technical constraints Champion AI-enhanced ways of working, using AI tools to accelerate research, specification writing, analysis, and product delivery What We Are Looking For 2–5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering customer-facing digital products Experience owning features from discovery through delivery, with a proven track record of shipping products that delivered measurable business outcomes Strong understanding of engagement and monetisation mechanics such as progression systems, promotional journeys, loyalty or VIP programmes, or competitive events Excellent ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories that Engineering teams can build from with minimal ambiguity Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, player behaviour, and business performance Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and evaluate feature success Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Quantum Metric, SQL, or similar tools Good technical understanding of product architecture, CMS-driven platforms, data events, and configurable systems Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Nice to Have Experience within social casino, free-to-play gaming, mobile gaming, or other highly engaged consumer products Experience delivering configurable promotional or engagement mechanics that support CRM campaigns Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and feature optimisation Practical experience using AI tools for product research, specification writing, competitive analysis, or workflow optimisation Why You'll Love It You'll join a fast-moving, product-led business where the features you build directly influence player engagement and commercial performance at scale.
