Role Overview We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) who will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, board members, and our engineering team. You will define the product vision, own and prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories, and ensure our developers are unblocked and focused on delivering real business value. Key Responsibilities (80/20 Framework) Core Focus Backlog Management: Own, refine, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value. Grooming & Task Definition: Write highly detailed technical specifications, epics, and User Stories. Organize grooming sessions to prevent idle developer time. Roadmap Ownership: Develop, maintain, and monitor the execution of short-term and long-term product Roadmaps. Stakeholder Communication: Manage business requirements and expectations, and report technical progress regularly to the Board and Executive Management. Acceptance Criteria & Sign-off: Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story and perform validation/sign-off before release to production. Operational Agility Actively participate in internal team processes, sprint retrospectives, and sync meetings. Adapt priorities quickly and flexibly in response to system blockers, market shifts, or business emergencies. Embrace the startup spirit! Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst (Fintech or investment project experience is highly preferred). Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and hands-on experience in their practical implementation. Tools: Professional level proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools. Technical Acumen: Ability to communicate fluently with developers on technical terms and break down complex architecture into logical business tasks. Skills: Exceptionally strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and independent decision-making capabilities.
