Partner with Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Analytics teams to align product functionality with operational and regulatory requirements. Drive transparency and usability across partner dashboards and user experiences. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. Benchmark industry-leading partner ecosystems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within fintech, brokerage, or online trading environments. Strong understanding of IB/Affiliate programs, commission structures, referral models, and payout systems. Hands-on experience working with data platforms, BI tools, and back-office integrations. Proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
