Product & Sales Operations Coordinator at Branding Hub USA (Tbilisi). Deadline 30 September.
30 September Branding Hub USA is a growing startup founded by Georgians in the United States, specialising in the apparel branding industry. The company focuses on the professional branding of premium-quality ready-made apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters and sportswear. With its own production facility based in the U.S., the company provides high-quality printing and embroidery services with fast turnaround times. Branding Hub USA is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Product & Sales Operations Coordinator to manage incoming leads and orders and coordinate the operational process from the initial client enquiry through to production and final delivery. Working Conditions: ** Work format: Fully Remote / Work from Home ** Working hours: 18:00-02:00 (Georgia Time) ** Compensation: Fixed monthly salary equivalent to USD 1, 000 in GEL + bonus Key Responsibilities: ** Receiving, processing and managing leads and orders received through various channels, including email and social media; ** Responding to client enquiries and maintaining timely communication throughout the order process; ** Clarifying order details, including quantities, pricing, branding requirements, garment specifications and deadlines; ** Preparing quotations and supporting the sales team throughout the order process; ** Maintaining and regularly updating HubSpot CRM; ** Preparing Production Orders and job sheets and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate; ** Checking branding specifications, garment sizes, colors and design files before transferring orders to production; ** Coordinating closely with the US-based production team and designers; ** Monitoring order progress and providing clients with regular updates; ** Preparing and issuing invoices; ** Monitoring payments and deposits; ** Tracking sales agents` commissions; ** Preparing weekly operational reports; ** Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating the procurement of production materials when required. Requirements: ** C1 level English — written and spoken (mandatory); ** Previous experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, Order Management, Customer Service or a similar role; ** Experience in the advertising, apparel, textile, printing or production industry will be considered an advantage; ** Experience working with HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM system; ** Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and invoicing tools; ** Excellent organisational and time-management skills; ** Strong attention to detail; ** Excellent communication and coordination skills; ** Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously; ** Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
