Role Description The Production and Bottling Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This role supports day-to-day operations on the production line, including preparing equipment, handling bottles and packaging materials, and ensuring accurate filling, labeling, and sealing of products. The assistant helps maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area, follows established procedures, and reports any issues or deviations to supervisors. The role also involves inspecting products during bottling for quality, tracking basic production data, and collaborating with team members to meet daily output and quality targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Production Assistance and basic bottling operations, with the ability to follow standard procedures and safety guidelines. Experience or interest in Quality Control, including visual inspection and adherence to product standards. Customer Service awareness to support internal teams and uphold the company’s reputation for high-quality products. Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with production staff and supervisors. Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ability to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive work in a production setting. Previous experience in food, beverage, or wine production is an advantage.
