Production and Material Planner

Aero-Structure Technologies (Cyclone) is announcing the vacancy of Production and Material Planner General Job Descriptio n To Manage production and material planning within the ERP system and oversee the execution of production work plans to ensure timely and efficient operations on the shop floor. Responsibilities: Ensured timely receipt of materials and components to support uninterrupted production. Supported on-time delivery through effective planning and coordination. Issue production orders and kitted materials to lines in accordance with build schedules. Maintained accurate inventory records and ensured real-time ERP system updates. Monitored buffer stocks of long-lead and critical parts to reduce risk of shortages. Developed and maintained production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines. Coordinated with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to align material flows with production needs. Tracked production progress and adjusted plans based on changes in demand or supply disruptions. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address delays, shortages, or quality-related issues. Prepared weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, inventory, and material consumption. Required Education Industrial Engineer/Operations Management Required Knowledge and Skills Experience in industry – must no less than 3 years Georgian – Fluently / Good - English Process-wise systematic view Operation of computer/office applications (MRP, ERP) Familiarity with AI tools to support planning, forecasting, and reporting efficiency.
