The position supports transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation. What You Will Handle Coordinate project coordinator work connected with transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation. Maintain deadlines, ownership details, meeting notes, action items, and supporting documents. Collect updates and communicate changes, dependencies, or risks to relevant stakeholders. Prepare status reports and keep current project or program information easy to find. Follow up on overdue tasks or missing information and escalate blockers appropriately. Support project handoffs, closeout, and documentation quality. What You Need Strong organization, scheduling, and written communication. Comfort using spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and project-tracking tools. Ability to manage several deadlines and follow-up items accurately. Clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders. Relevant coordination experience, internships, coursework, or transferable operations experience can qualify for junior roles.
