Role Description The Project Manager in Construction will oversee end-to-end project delivery for swimming pools, saunas, SPA, and steam rooms, from initial planning through completion and handover. This on-site role, based in Tbilisi, includes coordinating design and technical documentation, managing schedules and budgets, and supervising construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. The Project Manager will liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, organize site meetings, and provide regular progress updates, addressing risks and resolving issues promptly. Daily tasks also include resource planning, monitoring work performance, verifying materials and equipment, and ensuring timely maintenance or reconstruction work when required. The role involves close collaboration with technical and service teams to achieve high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for construction projects. Candidates should possess experience in construction supervision, site coordination, and quality control, preferably in swimming pools, SPA, saunas, or related water technology projects. Candidates should possess technical knowledge of construction materials, water filtration systems, pool equipment, and installation processes. Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Candidates should possess skills in documentation, reporting, and use of project management or construction-related software tools. Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred. Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with attention to safety regulations and local building codes. Prior experience in the water technology, wellness, or building services sector and proficiency in relevant local languages and English are considered an advantage.
