Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Tbilisi. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning to completion, including defining scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track. The Project Manager will prepare regular progress reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement in project execution. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage materials, equipment, and documentation flows efficiently. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to standards. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee procurement, delivery schedules, and site logistics. Relevant experience in construction project management, preferably with commercial or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and local building codes. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse on-site and office-based teams. Proficiency with project management and office software; experience with construction management tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
