22 October Project Manager SMART business is an international IT company with offices in Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Poland. We are engaged in the implementation, localization and development of ERP, CRM and HRM systems based on Microsoft services. We develop our own solutions using modern technologies for collecting, analyzing, forecasting data and artificial intelligence. We help clients with the implementation and support of business systems, development and adaptation of the entire line of Microsoft products: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure. SMART business is a leading Microsoft partner in Ukraine and has the status of Gold Microsoft Partner, has 18 gold competencies out of a possible 18. We invite an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities are: ** Maintaining a unified reporting system and a database of project activities SMART business. ** Control over the implementation of tasks and plans, compliance with contractual terms. ** Deadline control, problem identification, negotiation and escalation. ** Monitor and ensure compliance with project management standards and compliance with contractual terms. ** Keeping minutes of meetings and working meetings, agreeing on the schedule of meetings. ** Audit of project activities (study of project documentation, generation of audit reports, re-audit). Requirements for the candidate: ** Excellent documentation, communication and facilitation skills. ** Knowledge of Microsoft Project. ** High-level analytical skills, which are manifested in the ability to evaluate or interpret complex information and make clear and logical decisions. ** Ability to assess and solve problems with attention to detail. ** Initiative, positive attitude, exceptional self-motivation and determination, desire to constantly learn. ** Ability to multitask in a short time.
