LSG Solutions provides construction management, design and advisory services in various sectors such as real estate, hospitality, medical, industrial and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery Define project scope, deliverables, and document dependencies between project activities. Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules, including identification and management of the critical path. Prepare detailed execution plans, milestones, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery. Resource & Budget Management Plan, allocate, and monitor project resources, including financial, human, and technical resources. Track project budgets, manage cost changes, and ensure accurate financial reporting and budget control. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and facilitate effective collaboration across all project participants. Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability of internal teams and external stakeholders. Organize, lead, and document project meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and decisions. Quality & Risk Management Ensure project quality standards are established, implemented, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project performance, identify deviations from the baseline plan, and implement corrective actions. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Drive continuous improvement through proactive issue resolution and performance monitoring. Project Monitoring & Information Management Collect, maintain, and distribute project information to ensure transparency and effective communication. Oversee the preparation, review, and quality control of project documentation and deliverables. Analyze project data, monitor progress, and adjust plans where necessary to achieve project objectives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time delivery against the approved project schedule. Budget accuracy and cost control performance. Timeliness and effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation. Timely preparation and submission of project documentation. Quality of project deliverables and compliance with established standards. Meeting effectiveness, attendance, and stakeholder engagement. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly preferred. Experience Minimum of 7 y ears of professional experience in Project Management, preferably within the construction, engineering, or architectural industry. Languages Georgian – Native (C2) English – Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Pr oj ect, Primave ra P6, and AutoCAD. Strong experience in project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning. Experience working with document management systems. Excellent understanding of project scheduling, reporting, and project controls. Core Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills.
