We are pleased to announce opening for the position of: Assistant Front Office Manager . Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented and proactive Assistant Front Office Manager to support the daily operations of the Front Office Department. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence and leading the Front Office team in delivering outstanding hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities ** Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department. ** Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations across all shifts. ** Supervise guest check-in, check-out, room allocation and reservation processes. ** Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure prompt resolution of guest requests and complaints. ** Support, coach and motivate the Front Office team to achieve high performance and service excellence. ** Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members. ** Monitor compliance with hotel policies, procedures and service standards. ** Coordinate daily operations with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Food & Beverage departments. ** Prepare operational reports and supervise cash handling procedures. ** Assist in achieving departmental KPIs, guest satisfaction targets and revenue objectives. ** Act as the Front Office Manager during their absence. Qualifications ** Bachelor`s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. ** Minimum 2-3 years of Front Office experience in hospitality. ** At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. ** Hands-on experience with hotel PMS system (Fidelio). ** Excellent command of Georgian, English, both written and spoken. ** Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
