QA Engineer - VOIP

Job Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive functional and non-functional testing of VoIP applications. Validate backend APIs to ensure correct data handling and process integration. Use specialized tools to measure and evaluate the quality of voice and video transmissions. Conduct performance and stability testing to assess application scalability under different network conditions. Develop and execute automation test scripts for both mobile UI and backend API testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Agile processes. Provide detailed reports on defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas of improvement. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field. Experience: Proven QA experience in the voice and video communication industry. Hands-on experience with products like Zoom, Webex, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies. Familiarity with tools used for evaluating audio and video quality. Experience in automation testing for mobile UI and backend API. Proficiency in backend API validation techniques. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Strong English communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams.
