Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Job As a Manual QA Tester, you'll be responsible for understanding product requirements and translating them into clear, structured test cases. You'll take part in the full software development lifecycle -from early requirement analysis to final release validation. Your main goal is to catch issues before they reach production and ensure every feature works as expected, both functionally and from the user's perspective. You'll also help strengthen our QA processes by suggesting better testing strategies, spotting weak points in the product, and helping the team ship high-quality releases consistently. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business and technical requirements • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases • Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications • Identify, report, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools • Collaborate closely with developers and the product team • Verify bug fixes and confirm issues are fully resolved • Participate in release testing and the sign-off process • Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation Qualification Requirements • 1+ years of experience in QA testing • Experience testing web and mobile applications • Experience in test case design • Hands-on experience with Postman (or equivalent) for API testing — required • Experience with web development tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools) • Knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes • Knowledge of English (reading technical documentation and communicating with the team) • Responsible, detail-oriented approach
