About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to join our growing team in Tbilisi. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of KLIPY's products, from our APIs and developer tools to consumer-facing web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on manual testing role with opportunities to develop your skills in test automation and work on products operating at global scale. What You’ll Do Design, create, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for new and existing features. Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user interface testing across our digital products. Test and validate API endpoints to ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability using tools like Postman. Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution using Jira, providing clear and actionable reports for our developers. Define quality metrics together with product management and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency and ensure the overall quality of the product. Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies. What We're Looking For 1+ years of hands-on experience in a software quality assurance role. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and familiarity with REST APIs are essential. Knowledge of HTML and the browser developer console.. A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Bonus Points Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, webdriverio). Experience in database testing, including writing complex SQL queries and validating data transformations.
