Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Tester role based in Tbilisi. The Quality Assurance Tester will design, execute, and document test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual testing, identifying and analyzing defects, and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure high-quality releases. The role also involves maintaining test documentation, participating in reviews of requirements and specifications, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance skills, including experience with QA methodologies and best practices. Candidates should possess Manual Testing and Test Execution skills to thoroughly validate features and workflows. Candidates should possess skills in designing, maintaining, and executing Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to identify root causes, interpret test results, and suggest improvements. Relevant experience in software testing within IT or technology-driven environments is beneficial. Familiarity with defect tracking tools and basic understanding of software development lifecycles is desirable. Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are required. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
