Location: Shartava St., Saburtalo. We’re seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the high quality, reliability, and smooth performance of our mobile products. What you’ll do: Plan and execute manual testing for mobile games and systems across diverse iOS and Android devices (including phones and tablets) and OS versions, covering functional, regression, performance, and app distribution testing. Test and validate A/B testing setups, feature variants across different user segments. Document, track, and manage bugs throughout the entire development lifecycle, providing detailed reproduction steps. Review product specifications early in design phases to catch potential edge cases and usability issues before code is written. Verify app performance, frame rates, audio sync, and UI responsiveness on a variety of mobile devices. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and UI/UX designers to understand feature scope and define clear acceptance criteria. Continuously improve QA processes, testing tools, and team best practices. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in validating features before release. Handle related responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and immediate supervisory direction. We expect from you: 3+ years of hands-on experience in software QA engineering, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android). Proven experience executing functional, regression, and performance testing for consumer-facing mobile products or games. Familiarity with QA and Task Management Tools including Jira, Qase.io, Firebase, TestFlight, Google Play Console/Store, Amazon Appstore, Unity, Postman, and Miro. Fluency in both English and Georgian, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork skills. High attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying quality risks before release.
