Perform complex technical procedures and patient assessments, adjusting care for different age groups. Document treatments accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Participate in Quality Control processes and ensure treatment accuracy. Simulate patient setups and schedule treatments while communicating changes effectively. Follow safety protocols, wear radiation badges, and practice universal precautions. Recognize limitations, seek assistance when needed, and report adverse reactions promptly. Educate patients and families on treatment side effects and supportive care. Assist with patient mobilization and participate in on-call rotations. Act as a clinical instructor for students, evaluating and providing feedback. Perform other duties as assigned while complying with institutional policies and standards. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited program. ARRT-T (Radiation Therapy) and BLS certifications required upon hire. Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience preferred.
