Real Estate Associate Attorney (1–5 Years) Advert Code: MLFS 259 An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate with 1–5 years of experience to join a highly respected real estate practice at a leading U.S. law firm. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for developers, owners, investors, and lenders, while gaining meaningful client exposure and increasing responsibility from day one. The Role You will work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including: Assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects. Conducting due diligence, including title, survey, lease, and related document review. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary closing documentation. Managing transaction processes from initial structuring through closing. Identifying and resolving title, survey, and other diligence issues. Coordinating complex real estate closings. Working directly with clients while collaborating closely with experienced partners and legal teams. As your experience grows, you will take on greater responsibility, manage transactions independently, and play an active role in mentoring junior team members. About You The successful candidate will have: 1–5 years of commercial real estate experience within a law firm. Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, development projects, or a combination of these areas. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. The ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and must have previous experience working in a law firm . Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required. Why Apply?
