The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys on a broad mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and related closing work. The role offers substantive client exposure and the opportunity to continue building a practice across both real estate and commercial finance. The Role You will advise clients on a range of sophisticated transactional matters, with responsibilities including: Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets Drafting and negotiating loan agreements and ancillary financing documents Managing commercial loan closings Preparing and negotiating transaction and closing documentation Coordinating transaction timelines, diligence, and closing requirements Working directly with partners and clients on complex real estate and finance matters Candidate Profile Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience , with a strong background in commercial real estate and/or commercial finance.
