## Job description

Real Estate Associate Attorney – Atlanta, GA Advert Code: MLFS 261 A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its growing Atlanta practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with meaningful transactional experience to take on sophisticated commercial real estate and finance matters while developing greater responsibility within a well-established platform. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys on a broad mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and related closing work. The role offers substantive client exposure and the opportunity to continue building a practice across both real estate and commercial finance. The Role You will advise clients on a range of sophisticated transactional matters, with responsibilities including: Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets Drafting and negotiating loan agreements and ancillary financing documents Managing commercial loan closings Preparing and negotiating transaction and closing documentation Coordinating transaction timelines, diligence, and closing requirements Working directly with partners and clients on complex real estate and finance matters Candidate Profile Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience , with a strong background in commercial real estate and/or commercial finance. You Should Also Have A JD from an accredited law school Previous experience working in a law firm Admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing Strong experience negotiating commercial real estate and financing documents Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Strong academic credentials The ability to manage sophisticated transactions efficiently and accurately A genuine interest in continuing to develop a commercial real estate and finance practice Why Consider This Opportunity?
