## Job description

Hogar Properties, in alliance with EMAAR, is expanding its Tbilisi- Georgia team and hiring Property Consultants to manage buyer relationships and close sales across our local and international portfolio. What you'll do Advise clients on property options, manage viewings, negotiate offers, and guide buyers through to closing using company-provided leads and marketing support. Compensation Base salary: 1,000–3,000 GEL/month, plus a competitive commission structure on closed sales.
