## Job description

Grow Your Career in Real Estate Wallburg Invest is a German-founded real estate company specialising in brokerage, investment advisory and our own property investments. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated and reliable person to help grow our sales and lettings business. Your role Win property owners and brokerage mandates through calls, networking and referrals. Find buyers and tenants, conduct viewings and support negotiations. Prepare property listings and exposes using our templates. Maintain client relationships and accurate CRM records. Identify opportunities for our own investments. Build relationships and a network with buyers, investors and tenants, understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties. What you bring Fluent Georgian and strong English (Russian is an advantage). Confidence approaching people, making cold calls and selling. Local knowledge of Tbilisi and enthusiasm for real estate. Initiative, integrity and a professional, friendly manner. Microsoft Office skills and availability for appointments across the city. Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
