## Job description

Entity is recruiting a Real Estate Sales Manager for our partner Real Estate Agency to join its development project sales team. 📍 Location: Tbilisi 💰 Salary: GEL 2,000–2,500 + bonus If you understand client needs, communicate value confidently, and manage the sales process from first contact to closing, we’d love to hear from you. Key responsibilities: ▪ Present development projects, conduct meetings, and arrange property viewings; ▪ Prepare tailored offers and negotiate commercial terms; ▪ Coordinate the sales process from initial enquiry through contract signing; ▪ Maintain accurate CRM records and work towards sales targets. What we’re looking for: ▪ At least 2 years of sales experience; ▪ Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills; ▪ Ability to work independently with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ▪ Fluency in Georgian; English or Russian is an advantage; ▪ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including agreed weekend and public holiday shifts. ▪ Experience in real estate, property development, premium products, or banking sales is a strong advantage. 📩 Interested?
