## Job description

Philip Morris International is looking for Regional Supervisor in Commercial Planning . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory development plans aligned with regional business strategy Lead, motivate, and develop the deployment team to achieve strong and sustainable results Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance against defined objectives Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs Ensure effective coverage and segmentation within the territory Plan and coordinate trade activities and initiatives Allocate and manage resources efficiently (budget, POSM, etc.) to maximize impact Ensure proper product display and adherence to merchandising standards Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers Provide regular reporting, market insights, and performance analysis Achieving top-level performance and productivity from the team Ensuring effective planning and execution of territory development activities Building strong, result-oriented partnerships with business stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (will be considered an advantage) 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in sales operations and consistent performance delivery (will be considered an advantage) Georgian (fluent), English (proficient) Leadership & team management Problem-solving and decision-making Strategic thinking & prioritization Communication & negotiation Analytical mindset Valid Category B driver’s license 29352
