Role Description Georgia Behavioral Consultants is seeking compassionate and motivated Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. As an RBT, you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized treatment plans that help children develop communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include: Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Providing engaging, high-quality one-on-one therapy sessions Collecting and recording accurate behavioral data during each session Assisting with behavior reduction and teaching replacement skills Collaborating with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the treatment team Maintaining timely and accurate session documentation Participating in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings Creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for every client Services are provided in clients' homes, community settings, daycare centers, and schools throughout the greater Atlanta area.
