Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and maintain current competencies. Promote evidence-based practice, clinical research, and adherence to organizational policies and safety standards. Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum, develop protocols, and support resource efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience. Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelors preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and utilize technology efficiently. Additional Requirements: All certifications are required upon hire.
