## Job description

Role: Registered Nurse in Acute Care, specializing in Cardiac Telemetry, providing full-time night shift coverage. Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice. Delivering patient-centered care tailored to individual and cultural needs, fostering collaborative partnerships with patients and families. Ensuring safe, high-quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards. Participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to foster professional development and maintain a qualified workforce. Supporting resource management, protocol development, and compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in direct patient care. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (single state or multi-state compact). Current BLS certification required. Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and technology proficiency; ability to work effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations.
