## Job description

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a 28-bed med-surg unit. They utilize evidence-based nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to ensure individualized care tailored to diverse patient populations. Responsibilities: They deliver relationship-based care, partner with patients and families, and practice in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies. They coordinate care through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork, supporting performance improvement initiatives and promoting evidence-based practice. They also serve as preceptors or mentors to foster professional growth and participate in research and quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a nursing license (RN) with a minimum of 6 months of direct patient care experience. Must hold current BLS certification and possess strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills. Basic proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Duties: Implementing individualized patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, supporting performance improvement, participating in professional development, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
