The nurse practices evidence-based standards, utilizes critical thinking, and partners with patients and families to meet care goals. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices. Deliver culturally competent, relationship-centered care tailored to patient needs. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education. Coordinate safe, quality care and documentation, promoting teamwork and a respectful clinical environment. Support performance improvement, participate in research, and uphold policies and safety standards. Serve as a preceptor, mentor, and advocate for professional development and evidence-based practice. Assist in developing protocols, optimize resource use, and participate in quality initiatives to improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 6 months direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficiency in technology and documentation in a fast-paced environment. All certifications are required upon hire.
