Responsibilities: Providing relationship-based care, partnering with patients and families, practicing current clinical standards, coordinating care, promoting safety and quality improvement, and supporting performance initiatives. Participating in team communication, documentation, and performance improvement activities. Mentoring colleagues and engaging in professional development, including evidence-based research and protocol development. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Qualifications Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Active RN license (single or multi-state compact). BLS certification required at hire. Minimum six months of direct patient care experience.
